1. General

This document is a public offer from IE Kolyaskin S.V. (hereinafter “Seller”) to any capable individual (hereinafter “Buyer”). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Subject

The Seller sells vacuum tubes and related goods as listed on the website. Product characteristics are specified in individual product descriptions.

3. Order and Payment

Orders are placed via the website cart or by contacting the Seller directly. Payment is made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via the methods specified at checkout. The order is confirmed after payment receipt.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Russian Rubles and include VAT where applicable. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Goods are dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier (Art. 459 Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The Seller is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Warranty

Vacuum tubes are sold as-is. NOS tubes are genuine new old stock; characteristics are as measured and described. No additional warranty is provided beyond statutory rights.

7. Liability

The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods. The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Russian courts at the Seller’s location in accordance with applicable Russian law.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including the Law on Consumer Rights Protection (ZoZPP) and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Data Collected

When placing an order, we collect: name, delivery address, phone number, email address. This data is used solely for order processing and delivery.

2. Data Use

Personal data is not shared with third parties except carriers and payment processors required to fulfill your order, and as required by Russian law (Federal Law 152-FZ).

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers within Russia and protected by industry-standard security measures. Retention period: 3 years or as required by law.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests to: niiradiolamp@mail.ru.

5. Cookies

The website uses cookies for cart functionality and basic analytics. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Change of Mind Return

For distance purchases, the Buyer may return goods within 7 days of receipt (Art. 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Rights Law) provided the product is in original condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Refund is processed within 10 days of the Seller receiving the returned goods.

Defective Goods

If the product does not match its description, please contact us within a reasonable time via Telegram @niiradiolamp or niiradiolamp@mail.ru. The Buyer may choose: replacement, proportional price reduction, or full refund (Art. 18 ZoZPP). Where a defect is confirmed, return shipping is paid by the Seller.

1. Encrypted Connection

All pages of this website, including the cart and checkout, are protected by TLS/HTTPS encryption. Payment data cannot be transmitted over an unsecured channel.

2. Payment Processing

Card details (card number, CVV, expiry date) are entered on the secure payment service page and are never transmitted to or stored on the store’s servers. The store has no access to your card credentials.

3. PCI DSS Compliance

The payment gateway used for processing transactions is certified to the PCI DSS standard. Compliance certificates are available upon request.

4. 3-D Secure

Transactions are protected by 3-D Secure technology (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, Mir Accept) where supported by the issuing bank.

5. Fraud Prevention

All transactions are automatically screened by an anti-fraud system. Suspicious activity results in automatic transaction blocking.

6. Security Recommendations

Never share your full card credentials (CVV, PIN) by phone or messenger. The store will never ask for this information outside the payment page. If you suspect fraud, contact your card-issuing bank immediately.
